As a Breakfast Attendant you would be primarily responsible for setting up, maintaining and breaking down the breakfast buffet and for maintaining the breakfast dining area. With a minimal supervision provide exceptional guest service by welcoming them and be well attended at all times.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of the hotel to every guest. You will work closely with the Front Office Manager and Executive Housekeeper to ensure a positive overall guest experience. Our Guest Service Agents are professional, courteous, honest, and loyal.
Seeking a dynamic Front Office Manager to provide guidance and leadership to the front office team. Currently we are looking for a Laundry Attendant/Room Attendant in the Housekeeping Department.
The Front Desk is often the first point of contact and the first impression for guests. Warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance reassure guests they’ve made the right choice to stay with us. To deliver a great guest experience – a Front Desk Agent will check in and out guests efficiently, and make sure they have all they need for a great stay. Audit shift would also require, property walks and running computerized audit.
Ideally, you will have 1+ years of experience in a housekeeping or janitorial services role, however previous experience is not a requirement.
